The Power of Blessing

I was recently reminded of one of the most powerful spiritual tools of all, blessing others and situations regardless of circumstances.  And as life goes, a situation recently flowed into my life allowing me to exercise this truth at a much greater level than ever before.

In January, my mother passed on, and the circumstances surrounding this event gave me insurmountable opportunities to bless or condemn certain family members involved.  My initial instinct was to focus my energy on protecting my mother by standing for what I believed was right and true.

However, after a period of time the details of the wrongs that took place consumed my every thought leaving me feeling sad and angry.  It took a car accident and several sleepless nights to change my course and start blessing this situation and the people involved.  Perhaps you can relate…

Let’s face it, family can be the most challenging to bless, forgive, and love.  This is especially true with ones we have negative past experiences with.  The best part is that when we consciously shift our energy it changes the dynamics in our life.

To assist myself during these bumps in the road, I created effective ways to get myself back on track with my inner being.  One of my favorites is watching my Abraham-Hicks DVD’s.  It’s uncanny how the messages I need to hear are always the ones that come forth helping me release my negative emotions and bless once again.

A cool thing about giving blessings is that they literally clear out the gunk in our hearts, minds, and lives that attract negative situations and emotions such as worry,  frustration, fear, conflict, and anger. I like to think of it as detoxifying and optimizing my inner self.

Blessing, simply stated, is a conscious action of our will to send positive energy to someone or a situation.  It has nothing to do with right and wrong or justice whatsoever.  It’s only about us choosing the energy that we want matched and returned in our own lives.

By choosing to sincerely bless others we also disable the power to bring harm in our lives.  Circumstances and people will change or naturally flow out of our lives due to the energies not matching.

In closing, blessing is a powerful tool, a gift free of charge to everyone.  However, I also believe there is a great cost to us and to our lives to withhold blessings by refusing to give them to others for whatever reasons.

It all comes down to the daily choices we make in our lives regarding our families, jobs, and relationships.  The cumulative effects of these choices result in us living miserable or happy lives.  One clue is how much we smile each day.

The beautiful thing about God is that each of us can choose to change this at any time by sincerely blessing others and situations in our lives.  And so it is…

Swine Flu Fear Factor – Essential Oils to the Rescue!

I don’t recall a greater time during my life where the fear tactics have reached such ridiculous levels throughout the world regarding health scares. With the newest of course being the Swine Flu H1N1.  In fact, it has now been declared an epidemic/pandemic. And this was done prior to gathering sufficient evidence to relate the real facts to the public.

While I do agree the Swine Flu is a reality.  I also believe that there is no need for fear.  We each have a choice to take the bait of fear being thrown our way and react by getting vaccinated or using other recommended flu preventative products, which causes further toxicity in the body thus lowering the immune system.  Oh, but they won’t tell you this.  You have to take the initiative to learn this yourself.

The other alternative is to respond by taking responsibility for our own health and learn what to do to keep our immune system optimized thus decreasing the risk of contracting flu bugs and viruses.  The choice is yours, fear and bondage or responsibility and freedom…hmmm.  Choices, choices, choices.

One of the fastest most effective ways to optimize the immune system is by going back to the basics God provided for us way back around 4500 B.C. of using pure essential oils to address health issues and maintain optimum health.

Asparagus

My Mom had been taking the full-stalk canned style asparagus that she pureed and she took 4 tablespoons in the morning and 4 tablespoons later in the day. She did this for over a month. She is on chemo pills for Stage 3 lung cancer in the pleural area and her cancer cell count went from 386 down to 125 as of this past week. Her oncologist said she does not need to see him for 3 months.

THE ARTICLE:
Several years ago, I had a man seeking asparagus for a friend who had cancer. He gave me a photocopied copy of an article,entitled, `Asparagus for cancer’ printed in Cancer News Journal, December 1979.
I will share it here, just as it was shared with me:
‘I am a biochemist,and have specialized in the relation of diet to health for over 50 years..Several years ago, I learned of the discovery of Richard R. Vensal, D.D.S. that asparagus might cure cancer.

Since then, I have worked with him on his project. We have accumulated a number of favorable case histories. Here are a few examples:
Case No. 1, A man with an almost hopeless case of Hodgkin’s disease (cancer of the lymph glands) who was completely incapacitated. Within 1 year of starting the asparagus therapy, his doctors were unable to detect any signs of cancer, and he was back on a schedule of strenuous exercise.

Case No. 2, a successful businessman 68 years old who suffered from cancer of the bladder for 16 years. After years of medical treatments, including radiation without improvement, he went on asparagus. Within 3 months, examinations revealed that his bladder tumor had disappeared and that his kidneys were normal.

Case No.. 3, a man who had lung cancer. On March 5th 1971, he was put on the operating table where they found lung cancer so widely spread that it was inoperable. The surgeon sewed him up and declared his case hopeless. On April 5th he heard about the asparagus therapy and immediately started taking it. By August, x-ray pictures revealed that all signs of the cancer had disappeared…
He is back20at his regular business routine.

Case No. 4, a woman who was troubled for a number of years with skin cancer. She finally developed different skin cancers which were diagnosed by the acting specialist as advanced. Within 3 months after starting on asparagus, her skin specialist said that her skin looked fine and no more skin lesions. This woman reported that the asparagus therapy also cured her kidney disease, which started in 1949. She had over 10 operations for kidney stones, and was receiving government disability payments for an inoperable, terminal, kidney condition. She attributes the cure of this kidney trouble entirely to the asparagus.

I was not surprised at this result, as `The elements of materia medica’, edited in 1854 by a Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, stated that asparagus was used as a popular remedy for kidney stones. He even referred to experiments, in 1739, on the power of asparagus in dissolving stones. Note the dates!
We would have other case histories but the medical establishment has interfered with our obtaining some of the records. I am therefore appealing to readers to spread this good news and help us to gather a large number of case histories that will overwhelm the medical skeptics about this unbelievably simple and natural remedy.
For the treatment, asparagus should be cooked before using, and therefore canned asparagus is just as good as fresh.

I have corresponded with the two leading canners of asparagus, Giant and Stokely, and I am satisfied that these brands contain no pesticides or preservatives.
Place the cooked asparagus in a blender and liquefy to make a puree, and store in the refrigerator. Give the patient 4 full tablespoons twice daily, morning and evening.
Patients usually show some improvement in from 2-4 weeks. It can be diluted with water and used as a cold or hot drink.

This suggested dosage is based on present experience, but certainly larger amounts can do no harm and may be needed in some cases.
As a biochemist I am convinced of the old saying that `what cures can prevent’. Based on this theory, my wife and I have been using asparagus puree as a beverage with our meals.
We take 2 tablespoons diluted in water to suit our taste with breakfast and with dinner. I take mine hot and my wife prefers hers cold. For years we have made it a practice to have blood surveys taken as part of our regular checkups.

The last blood survey, taken by a medical doctor who specializes in the nutritional approach to health, showed substantial improvements in all categories over the last one, and we can attribute these improvements to nothing but the asparagus drink…
As a biochemist, I have made an extensive study of all aspects of cancer, and all of the proposed cures.

As a result, I am convinced that asparagus fits in better with the latest theories about cancer. Asparagus contains a good supply of protein called histones, which are believed to be active in controlling cell growth. For that reason, I believe asparagus can be said to contain a substance that I call cell growth normalizer. That accounts for its action on cancer and in acting as a general body tonic.

In any event, regardless of theory, asparagus used as we suggest, is a harmless substance. The FDA cannot prevent you from using it and it may do you much good. My Initial Experience Using LifeWave Patches

When I was first approached by a dear friend from Australia about the LifeWave patches I was not interested much at all.  This was mainly due to the patches sounding so simplistic andlife changing as so many products claim to be now days.   I basically told my friend to use them for a period of time and then let me know her results. She did so and kept me updated with her progress along the way.

After hearing about the changes taking place in her body, I finally e-mailed her asking to send additional information my way.  The more I researched the LifeWave patches the more I became interested in the science of this new nanotechnology that combined modern Western technology with ancient Oriental acupuncture.

At this point in my life, I had never heard of nanotechnology.  But with my vast background in holistic health, I am always open to the new products coming forth to improve our lives.  Hands down, I found the science behind these patches of significant value.  They also take the place of using a number of products to accomplish the same results, thus making them more cost effective to use.

As far as my muscles feeling better, the Y-Age patches helped prevent the buildup of lactic acid in the muscles.  How great is that?  Lactic acid had been a lifelong problem for me as far as I can remember.  Not anymore though.  Now I know why so many star athletes and Olympians have been using these patches.  And I must say that it feels so good to work out or do yard work and not be sore afterwards.

After the first month of usage here are some of the other positive changes I noticed:

• My hips and Psoas muscle have become both pliable and flexible.  They used to lock up from sitting in my office chair for long periods of time making it difficult to walk normal after I got out of my chair.  Now they don’t bother me at all.

• The impingement in my left shoulder blade has totally released.  It feels great now.

• My freckles have been disappearing on my face, legs and arms with my overall skin looked healthier.  Not bad for an AARP member, hey?  Personally, I love looking younger than my physical age.  It keeps people wondering…

• I sleep better than usual without waking up several times per night.  Ahh..deeper sleep.

I am very impressed with what this product has done so far. So I made a commitment to use the Y-Age patches daily for a period of three months to experience what a longer cycle may bring forth in my body and overall health.  Then I will reassess them again for further usage.

However, from my current experiences and intuitive sense, I do suspect that the patches will become part of my regular lifestyle.  After all, there is a reason they came into my life as they did.
