Our stunning collections are proudly designed and produced in New York.


WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

To show our appreciation, we offer FREE Standard Ground shipping on all domestic orders.  Orders ship from our NYC warehouse in 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time for orders placed during major holidays.


DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders are shipped via DHL.  We ship to selected international countries.  It typically takes 7-14 business days once sent from our warehouse, but we do not guarantee this as we cannot foresee possible customs delays on the receiving country's end.  Items shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.  The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and responsible for the payment of these import fees.  Please contact us with international shipping inquiries to see if we are able to ship to your desired location.

Please note: If you refuse a shipment from SAPPHIRE BLISS, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SAPPHIRE BLISS.  If the order is a gift, the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form.  Customs authorities require us to declare the value.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse in New York City, you will be sent an email confirmation, which will include applicable tracking information.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?

Most of our products are recommended for dry clean or hand wash.  Please see the DETAILS section under each product description for specific care information.  

GENERAL SILK CARE & DRYING TIPS:

*Always separate your colors.

*Hang silk garments to dry.  The silk garment will hold its shape.

*As with any fine fabric, never use direct sunlight to dry silk clothing.  Doing so can damage the silk fiber and fade the color.  Wet silk may yellow in direct sunlight or on a radiator.

*As with any fine fabric, don't use a wooden drying rack, as the dyes & finishes can leave stains.
